Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete your data at any time. The request is free and you do not need to give a reason.

How to ask

Send an email to romagnatransfer@romagnatransfer.com with the subject "Data deletion", including:

• your first and last name;
• the phone number and email address you used to contact us (we need them to find your records);
• if you remember it, the date of a trip or the booking reference.

If you wrote to us on WhatsApp, you can ask there too: send "data deletion" and we pass it to the office.

What we delete

• Your contact details and the personal data of your bookings.
• The messages exchanged with us: emails, SMS and WhatsApp.
• The attachments concerning you kept in our archive.

What we must keep

Invoices and accounting records are kept for 10 years, as Italian tax law requires. They are stored separately and are not used to contact you.

How long it takes

We reply within 30 days and confirm by email what has been deleted. If something cannot be deleted, we explain why.
