Transfers to and from Bologna Airport
You land at Bologna Guglielmo Marconi (BLQ) and the driver is already in the arrivals hall, name sign up, your flight tracked since take-off. Luggage loaded, you go: Rimini and the riviera in about an hour and a half, Ravenna in 1h15, Faenza in under an hour, or anywhere else you need.
Departures work in reverse: pickup at your address with the hour set on your check-in time, including first flights out at dawn.

Taxi, shuttle or private transfer at Bologna Airport?
All three exist and each has its place. The city taxi is metered and right for Bologna itself. The shared riviera shuttle is the budget seat: cheap, but on its timetable and its stops. The private transfer is the one that starts with your name in the arrivals hall and ends at your exact address, at a price locked when you book, per vehicle rather than per person: on riviera distances, a family of four often pays less than four shuttle-and-taxi chains, without the waiting. Which airports do you serve?
Mainly Bologna Airport (BLQ), as well as Forlì and Rimini. We arrange transfers to and from each of them across the whole of Romagna.
How will I find my driver?
For airport, port or station transfers the driver waits in the arrivals area holding a sign with your name. Before the service you also receive their direct phone number.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight number and adjust the pickup time at no extra cost. That is why we ask you to add the flight when booking.
How much luggage can I bring?
Tell us your luggage when booking so we assign the right vehicle. For bulky cases, beach gear or strollers just let us know: we always find a solution.
Is there a surcharge for night transfers?
For services between 22:00 and 06:00 a 10% supplement applies. It is always shown while you book, so the price stays transparent.
How far in advance should I book?
Online bookings close 3 days before the service, so book as soon as you have your travel details. For last-minute requests, message us on WhatsApp and we will do our best to be there.
