The network
A network, not a portal
We are not called Romagna Transfer because we needed a catchy name. Romagna is a precise identity of history, culture, hospitality and a spirit of its own: serious at work, generous in welcome, Romagnol through and through. That identity is what this network exists to honour.
The portal was therefore never meant to be a simple list of NCC firms, but a network of selected companies: professionals who share quality standards, values and a strong bond with the territory. The goal is collaboration between the NCC firms of the historic Romagna, flanked by strategic partners in the neighbouring areas.
Anyone can apply, but the partnership levels are clear from the start: requirements, licences and territory are what count, not the rush to fill a list.
The territory
The levels of the network
The network follows the historic geography of Romagna, in the traditional delimitation attributed to the historian Emilio Rossetti: the border is the Sillaro river. Three territories, three partnership levels.

NCC firms whose licences were issued by one of the 84 comuni of historic Romagna: the provinces of Ravenna, Forlì-Cesena, Rimini and the Imola area.

Firms of the Tuscan Romagna and Montefeltro: territories historically and economically tied to Romagna.

Valuable commercial partners in the nearby provinces, whenever the collaboration helps the network grow.
The licences count, not the registered office: a firm based in a Core comune whose licences were issued elsewhere cannot join as an Official Partner.

How the application works
Three steps, all online: requirements first, then your profile, finally the agreement.

Requirements check
Send the company and legal-representative details, an up-to-date visura camerale (no older than six months) and, for each vehicle, the NCC licence, the registration document and the issuing comune.

Profile completion
Once approved you receive a confirmation and complete your profile: bank details, company description, operating areas, services, vehicles, availability and spoken languages.

Agreement acceptance
You receive the Collaboration Agreement: no printing and no digital signatures, a simple online acceptance. Only fully compliant firms and vehicles can join.
Send your application
Fill in the form with your company details: we read every application personally and reply within a few working days.
Apply from the reserved area
The application is one online form: company details, one authorization per vehicle with its papers, how you work. Autosaved as you type, so you can finish later.

What to have at hand
- Company details: VAT number, tax code, registered office
- For each vehicle: authorization number, issuing municipality, plate
- Registration document and authorization per vehicle, company registry extract (PDF or photo)
- PEC or SDI code, IBAN
About the documents
Attach an up-to-date visura camerale (no older than six months). The registration document and the authorization are attached in the Authorizations and vehicles block, one per vehicle.
