How do I book a transfer?
Choose your pickup and destination, the date and the number of passengers: you see the fixed price right away and confirm in a few steps. A confirmation email follows with all the details. For special requests, just message us on WhatsApp.
Are your prices fixed?
Yes. The price you see when booking is the price you pay: based on the route and the vehicle, with no meter and no surcharge for traffic or queues. Any known add-on, such as the night service, is always shown before you confirm.
How will I find my driver?
For airport, port or station transfers the driver waits in the arrivals area holding a sign with your name. Before the service you also receive their direct phone number.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight number and adjust the pickup time at no extra cost. That is why we ask you to add the flight when booking.
Which areas do you cover?
We are based in Faenza, in the heart of Romagna, between Bologna and Rimini. We serve the whole Adriatic Riviera (Rimini, Riccione, Cervia, Milano Marittima, Cesenatico), plus Ravenna, Forlì, Cesena and the inland towns.
Can I cancel my booking?
