A local NCC operator, not a booking portal
Romagna Transfer is an NCC service (noleggio con conducente, licensed private hire with driver) specialised in transfers and all-round mobility services, run by a team of people coordinated directly by Alessandro Bacchini, owner, manager and point of contact for the site, from the Faenza office, strategically placed between Bologna, Ravenna and the Adriatic Riviera.
We work with a network of rigorously selected NCC partners, all holding licences issued by municipalities of our own territory. It is a deliberate choice: it lets us keep a strong local identity and work with professionals we know personally.
We know Romagna deeply: its roads, its habits, the busiest destinations and also the lesser known places that deserve to be discovered.

The fleet
Our own vehicles and those of our selected partners
The fleet includes both vehicles we own and those of our selected partners: mainly, but not exclusively, Mercedes-Benz E-Class, V-Class, Vito and Vito Tourer, plus vehicles for larger groups.
One vehicle covers up to 8 passengers; for bigger groups two vehicles travel together, up to 16 seats, with one pickup and one total.
Every service is carried out under a regular NCC licence, with insured vehicles holding a valid roadworthiness certificate.
